I don't offer monetary refunds on completed or in-progress work. Instead, I put that same commitment into making sure you're genuinely happy with the result before the project is considered done. In 14+ years and 240+ projects, that approach has meant working through revisions as many times as it takes — not walking away and handing money back.
If something isn't right, I'll keep fixing it. There's no cap on reasonable revision rounds within the agreed project scope — the goal is a result you're satisfied with, not a quick payout.
This policy applies to development, design, and maintenance work delivered directly through Aman Web Solution — whether via Upwork, direct contract, or invoice. Scope changes, entirely new feature requests outside the original agreement, or third-party costs (hosting, plugins, licenses, payment processors) are handled separately and aren't covered by revisions.
To avoid misunderstandings later, every project starts with a clear scope — what's included, timeline, and cost — agreed before work begins. If anything changes along the way, we'll discuss it openly rather than let it turn into a dispute at the end.
For projects with milestone-based payments, each milestone is only invoiced once the agreed portion of work is delivered and reviewed. This keeps risk balanced on both sides without needing a refund mechanism.
